Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking this must be done with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Bookings are non-refundable; however, if you cancel within appropriate time period, the booking can be rescheduled or credited to your account. By Floating at Blissful Float Spa, you agree that you fully understand the following liability waiver, and if you are unsure you will ask for interpretation to fully understand before you float. 1. I confirm that I am using the floatation tank at my own risk. 2. I am over the age of 16. 3. I am aware that I will be spending 1 hour alone, floating in 12” of water. 4. I am able to climb in and out of the pod on my own and open and close the lid. If I’m not capable, then I will bring someone who is capable of safely helping me to do so. 5. I will never use the floatation tank under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances. 6. I am not wearing a pacemaker and do not have any serious heart disease. 7. I confirm that I am not currently suffering from any form of ear infection, that may get worse by floating, diarrhoea, incontinence, respiratory or any contagious disease. 8. I’m not in the first trimester of pregnancy or less than 2 weeks before due date. 9. I have no fresh tattoos (less than 2 weeks), I have not dyed my hair in less than 2 weeks, and I don't have any self-tan on my skin. 10. I will not contaminate the float tank water or harm the float tank or its equipment by introducing any organic or other material. I will promptly exit the tank and go to the toilet if I need it (we provide bathrobes for these situations). I agree that I am liable to pay cleaning fees on the day of an incident should occur during my floatation session that requires special cleaning.
