Why is it worth investing in Infrared sauna sessions, even if you can use traditional sauna in your gym for free?

Sauna in a gym is a great thing! Members can use it for free, and it helps with recovery after workout, with cardiovascular health, and provides many other health benefits. However, those benefits are achievable only if you are able to stay in there for long enough. A lot of people don't take advantage of these amazing benefits because of the high heat, humidity, and hard benches, which don't allow them to stay a sufficient amount of time. In addition, some people might feel awkward or self-conscious to sweat together with others.
This is where infrared saunas come into play. They operate at a lower temperature, making them much more tolerable for longer periods. They can still get hot (ours can reach 75C / 170F degrees), but they are effective even from as low as 45C / 115F. You can actually relax and enjoy the experience rather than feeling rushed to escape the heat. This means you can stay in longer, allowing your body to truly benefit from the deep, penetrating warmth.
Infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat the body, which can penetrate deeper into the skin compared to the air temperature in traditional saunas. Sweating doesn't start immediately, as initially the infrared waves are absorbed in your body, raising the core body temperature from within and breaking down toxins, and then induse sweat response; however, many users report sweating more profusely in an infrared sauna.
Additionally, some infrared saunas (including ours) provide additional features like near infrared waves (which penetrate your skin, helping with healing and collagen production), adjustable temperature settings, light therapy, and the option to connect your phone to the speakers, allowing for a more tailored experience.
