I considered myself an experienced floater, as I've floated for a while, and could feel so many benefits each time out of many sessions I took, especially for stress relief and sensory overload. I WAS SO WRONG! Only now, since I'm lucky enough to be able to float every week at Blissful Float Spa, I'm starting to take the full advantage of the floating. Frequent floating opened the gate for entirely new experiences! Now, I can better understand what it means that floatation benefits are cumulative. When I float frequently enough, each time I float, I feel like I'm entering a completely new level of relaxation, that I didn't know it even existed. During my last float, I unlocked the new level again. Usually, I like to change my positions
while I float. Last night, I didn't make a single move! Once I went inside the tank, I'd fallen in this very deep state of relaxation straight away and felt too lazy and feeling too good to move any part of my body for the entire session. I would never be able to stay completely still for the whole hour under any other circumstances 😄. What was happening in my head was even more interesting! 🤯 I think I'm starting to get close to this psychedelic experience Joe Rogan talks about 😆 I can't wait for my next float to see what next level I will unlock 😊
