Bookings for Infrared Sauna need to be made at least 1h before the visit,
as it requires approximately 1h to preheat it to appropriate temperature.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking this must be done with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Bookings are non-refundable; however, if you cancel within appropriate time period, the booking can be rescheduled or credited to your account.
